Since our earliest American iterations, our faith has valued democratic ideals in ways similar to the larger country. Sometimes our participation in democracy feels more secure more uplifting than at other times though. In these times, when democracy seems threatened, our faith-informed engagement is more important than ever though. When democracy is difficult, how does our faith call us to engage?
