The Inner Work of Anti-Oppression

Many approaches to anti-oppression focus on changing the outer world: other people, schools, churches, businesses, communities, etc. But equally important is anti-oppression awareness that centers on changing one’s inner life. How can make sure that even as we fuel anti-oppression in the world, we also grow anti-oppression in our minds and hearts?
