The great theologian Howard Thurman famously wrote, “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” If we do this, we’ll root the impacts that we have on others in our deepest callings and passions. How might we move toward living this way?
