The Buddhist Wheel of Life includes a section called the Realm of Hungry Ghosts. The ghosts are anxious, angry beings constantly craving more but unable to find satisfaction. They often represent addiction, greed, or compulsions, and today they will lead us to consider the blessings and curses of hunger, and when having enough, is enough.
