Woven into countless stories is the journey of one who starts as a friend but becomes a foe. And, woven into countless stories is a return, in which the foe becomes a friend again. Something within us yearns for this return; this connection; this sense of wholeness. Let’s lean into this holy yearning for the foe to become a friend. And, in honor of Father’s Day, this service will include a celebration of the fathers and father figures in our lives.
