While there is much division and hatred in the country, there are also ways that we can build unity and harmony. Our faith, which proclaims that God’s table welcomes all, can guide us in this work. Let’s consider that big, holy table, and how there is room for everyone.
We’re also pleased to support Arm in Arm this Sunday by collecting food for their community outreach pantry, upon which those in hunger depend for food. Please drop off your food contribution at church between 2 – 3:30 p.m. (see the list in Skylights), and plan on sticking around for a bit, masked, of course, for some outdoor fellowship time.
