UU Princeton Seeking an Assistant Minister of Faith Development
The Assistant Minister of Faith Development (Assistant Minister) is responsible for the cultivation and leadership of the Lifespan Faith Development (LFD) program and one other program area. For LFD, working with lay leadership, the parish minister and other staff, the Assistant Minister translates the UU Princeton vision and goals into ministries that enhance spiritual growth, that create a sense of community, and that enhance religious learning and development. These ministries include programs for children and youth, adult programs, multigenerational offerings, and small group programs.
The additional program area is negotiable with the Parish Minister, although there is a preference for that area to be in Pastoral Care.
The Assistant Minister reports to the Parish Minister. This is a full-time position that begins on July 1, 2019. Compensation and benefits are aligned with UUA recommendations for an Assistant Minister in Geo-Index 5.
