About Spring Sale
Started in 1959, the UU Princeton Spring Sale has become one of the largest annual rummage sales in Central New Jersey. Our sale offers shoppers the rare opportunity to support worthwhile local charities while finding treasures and bargains – and reducing their carbon footprint by re-using previously owned goods.
What you’ll find at the sale
Come enjoy bargain-hunting for a wide variety of quality items. You will find carefully curated selections of: adult, designer, and children’s clothing & accessories; jewelry, collectibles, boutique & antique items; electronics, office equipment & home appliances; kitchenware & linens; art, furniture, sporting goods and outdoor equipment; toys, games, children’s books, baby accessories. Plus our well-known Flea Market – filled with trinkets, holiday items, and keepsakes. There is also a Mother’s Day plant sale.

Sale proceeds are donated to Mercer area charities
In 2024, the Spring Sale raised a record-breaking $34,000. Proceeds were distributed to several local non-profits that deliver emergency food, shelter, education and other services in Mercer County. We estimate over half a million dollars has been raised over the past six decades for charities. Recent grant recipients have included Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, HomeFront, Arm in Arm, and Womanspace. Click here for a full list of 2024 grant recipients.
Volunteers Needed!
This event is 100% volunteer led, and volunteers are always needed for pre-sale setup, sale days and post-sale cleanup. Individuals and organizations looking for volunteer opportunities are encouraged to join in on this exciting and fulfilling endeavor. Click here to sign up and volunteer!

Send photos and descriptions of any large or more valuable items ASAP to springsale@uuprinceton.org so we can evaluate and begin to promote them. Pickup for certain items can be arranged with advanced notice and approval.
